Cancellation & No-show

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within the stated notice period may be subject to a fee. Noshows may be charged according to the policy accepted during booking. Final timing and fee amounts should match Boulevard settings.

Late Arrival

Late arrivals may require the service to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled to protect the next client’s appointment. Applicable fees may still apply.

Minors

Age restrictions and guardian-consent requirements vary by service. The final policy should identify minimum ages, required guardian presence, and prohibited services for minors.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose medications, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, and other factors that may affect service safety. The studio may decline or modify a service when contraindications are present.

Refunds

Completed services are generally nonrefundable. Retail returns, gift cards, memberships, and prepaid passes are subject to their respective written terms and applicable law.

Memberships & Passes

Publish billing dates, cancellation procedures, minimum commitments if any, rollover rules, expiration, transferability, freezes, failed-payment handling, and refund limitations exactly as stated in the signed agreements.
